Flower stands unfortunately cannot go on OSM (OpenStreetMap).
Flowershops with a fixed address can.

As far as I know, street vendors are generally not allowed on OSM (similar to online shops). The issue, as I understand it, lies in having a fixed location and opening hours. I was not aware of that. I found the website of this flower stand and have emailed the merchant to verify.
