Remaining Steak 'n Shake Locations #251

This Overpass Query shows the few remaining Steak 'n Shakes that were not covered by the bulk update as they didn't have the "brand:wikidata"="Q7605233" tag.

We should add these and tidy-up the brand, brand:wikidata and normalise the name to Steak 'n Shake where required.

One of the locations is their HQ and so we need to verify if they accept bitcoin there!

This [Overpass Query](https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/24u1) shows the few remaining Steak 'n Shakes that were not covered by the bulk update as they didn't have the `"brand:wikidata"="Q7605233"` tag. We should add these and tidy-up the `brand`, `brand:wikidata` and normalise the `name` to `Steak 'n Shake` where required.
