SwiftPoint Delivery exists and is registered as “Swift Point Delivery, LLC.” with the Georgia Secretary of State (principal office address on file: 102 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, GA 30120).
The street address supplied (4101 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy NW) is, however, recorded in county records as a 1,496 sq ft single-family residence built in 1975, not a commercial premises
