“Strawberryberry” is an independent Nashville rock band that uses the property at 7445 River Road Pike as a private rehearsal / event space called “Strawberry Basement.” The address is a 124-acre residential estate with three dwellings, not a commercial storefront.
No Tennessee business-license record, tax-ID, or trade-name registration for “Strawberryberry” could be located
