Reviewed tags following very helpful feedback from Comino. Included opening_hours (source from gitea issue) in correct format (using tool https://projets.pavie.info/yohours/) and update amenity from taxi to taxi_service (found on https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/amenity#values)

Unclear if this is a web-only business. Reached out to them to confirm (the location looks to be someone's home and I can't confirm if the business has a physical location from other online sources)
