Verified details from https://www.codalensstudios.com/ and added website, instagram, corrected format of street name (N Beach Street to North Beach Street), added phone number (from internet search), removed check_date:currency:XBT (no in person validation of this)

Self-check after Comino's advice. Could not find an image but found several sources which confirm location of CodaLens Sutdios (unfortunately their website is not particularly informative).
Restored check_date tag.
