I've spent some time looking for evidence of 'Blue Collar Pet Transport' in West Chester and there is only one hit, on a website (which doesn't look very legit) 'www.bank-exit.com'. I found references to a company of this name in Orlando, Florida but not in West Chester, Pennsylvania. the only street view I can find shows a residential property.
Hence marking as rejected
